These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at toolkithazelbase.click and any analytics engagement commissioned from Hazel Base Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Hazel Base," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or confirming a written engagement letter, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

Hazel Base prepares pharmaceutical field performance analytics deliverables including territory reviews, call frequency audits, sample distribution analyses, and prescription trend briefings. Deliverables are documents, printed briefings, or presentations — not software subscriptions, hosted dashboards, or ongoing data feeds unless explicitly stated in a signed engagement letter.

2. Engagement confirmation

Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter specifying scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. Verbal assurances not reflected in the signed letter are not binding.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, timely data exports and designated contacts for factual verification. Delays in data delivery extend project timelines proportionally. You are responsible for licensing any third-party prescription panel data we integrate on your behalf.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use deliverables produced for your organisation internally. Hazel Base retains ownership of analytical methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. We may reuse generic methodologies without reproducing your confidential data. You may not resell or publish our deliverables externally without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public field data, CRM exports, and briefing contents as confidential. We store client data on encrypted local systems and delete working files twelve months after delivery unless retention is requested in writing.

6. Accuracy and reliance

Our analyses reflect data you provide and licensed third-party sources. We annotate known limitations in deliverables. Charts and summaries support internal planning decisions; they do not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, or promotional compliance advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Hazel Base's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Website use

You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for republication, or interfere with site operation. Content is protected by copyright; republication requires written permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect at signing unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
